We will be staying on site in the middle of June, but I still want to do a few of the regular lines (at least for the first time) like on ROTM, ET and maybe DD. Is there any other regular lines that we should do---just to enjoy the queue line?

Assuming in US we want to do the queue line on ROTM and ET (what about Simpsons--yes/no???), in what order should we do these rides? After we do a few of the regular queue lines, we will definitely start taking advantage of the express lines just want to get the 'feel' of the ride on some of them, and I've read that the regular line for ROTM is not to be missed. And I love the ET line, it's just so neat and cool, it feels like you are really in the woods, do you miss a lot of the queue line for ET if you use the express line?

In IOA we 'may' want to do the regular line in Jurassic park river ride and DD (at least when we went in may 2000 the queue line was really great at DD, but I know some of it is now shortened because of HP). So give me a game plan with that in mind. But if you think those queue lines aren't that important to the ride we will skip it. We are a group of 6, three adults and three kids ages 10, 13 and 15 and we will ride everything pretty much.

Sorry, I know that was a lot of questions, but I'm a control freak that has to have EVERYthing planned, :sad2: ridiculous I know...but still I am what I am :rolleyes1 ;)

The attractions that have the best queues are:

MIB
E.T.
RoTM
Spiderman
Dueling Dragons
The Simpsons

You should try to go through the standby line so you can see the complete storyline.

On Dueling Dragons, they used to show the short video in the castle (not sure if they still do) and supposedly if you read the words in the queue written in bone, you can get the whole story. I haven't done it...yet. ;)

DH and I did the standby line on Spiderman for the first time in FOREVER and boy it's nice!!

I think the next time we go, we will hit all the regular queues again.

metro west and laurabeaz, thanks so much for th replies,:thumbsup2 I'm going to print out the list to take with me. Thankfully, we have four full days in the parks, so the first two days I'm going to try to wait in line at the queues you suggested at each park, then the next two days, it will be express line the whole time! I'm so excited!!!! I can't stand it!!! :yay::banana::upsidedow

Just get up early one morning and get to the park at opening and hit those rides first that's what we do. Also for my son we do the Paradonal Flyers at park open since there is no express for that.
