I have to agree with the above two estimates, but in my experience he'll arrive at 11:40 and park outside your house but sit in his van doing paperwork until 12:05. In the meantime you'll waste 25 minutes not wanting to do anything once you've noticed the van so that you can be ready to answer the door..
