Dragon Ball Z: Budokai and Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2 are both available on GameCube! I love these games, possibly the best 2-D fighters I've ever played. Whilst the game physics are 2-D, the character models are 3D cel shaded, so they look great. Backgrounds are OK I guess, but you're never really focussing on them. Controls are a dream - everything you press does something cool. You can even fly! Strongly recommend!
