It is almost that time. 2 more sleeps and were off. I have packed my stuff and my son's stuff. Just trying to remember odds and ends to put in the carryon. Son got his haircut and he's all set. I have my parking spot so I drop the car off tomorrow evening. Did hubby pack? Guess. I put his socks and underclothes together. Have no idea what he's wearing. Of course he isn't even home.

Had to make sure all the documents are in the carryon. Extra batteries, chargers for fans, cameras and camcorders. Oh make sure tape is in camera to record son's surprise look on his face when he gets his phone call from Mickey All water shoes, flipflops and sneakers in bag. Sunscreen, lotion, mouthwash, toothpaste, soap, deodorant and other things. Can't forget the toothbrushes. pack aspirin. Gonna need it. The heat will do it to me.

Just think in less than 48 hours we will be at the House of the Mouse.

Just check in... less than 48 hours now...let's see 35 hours til we leave and about 39 til we are at WDW!!!!!

Have not put anything in the CO (carry on)yet, have the basic clothing packed still have all toiletries left and all misc items, nad yet I am typing on the boards...COWED I guess!!!

Actually I am charging the ipod for the flight, next I have to charge the DH's and get some additional songs loaded for him...or teach him how

I'll try to get on tomorrow and check to see how everyone else is doing. I know some that were on the 26th thread were actually there tomorrow.

I guess I'm ready. I'm 95% packed. DH didn't start packing as far as I know, but that's his problem. I'm done and I'm tired. I hope I don't forget anything and I hope I don't accidently put something in my carryon bag that shouldn't be there without putting it in the baggie. I haven't flown in 10 years so all the extra security stuff is new to me.

I can't wait and good luck with surprising your DS. When you come back you'll have to tell us all about it.

I can't sleep!!! So excited, and stressing about did I forget to pack something.
We leave 4:15 pm for a 7:10 flight. My DH is working and will be home 1/2 hour before limo picks us up for the airport! Just hope the flight is ontime. We should land around 10:30 and arrive at WL around 11:30. Of course I wont sleep tomorrow night either from excitement. So if you see me around DW, I'll be the one with bags and dark circles under my eyes!!
Hope you all have magical trips. It was nice waiting for our trips together.

I couldn't sleep either. I keep thinking that I'm forgetting something. Then I keep going over the list of stuff I have to do today. I have a bunch of fish (tanks and bettas) cats and a bird that I have to worry about and make sure they are all clean and have enough water and food. I keep thinking I'm going to forget to feed somebody. My FIL is coming over to check everything, but he doesn't really know how to feed the fish and birds.

Then I gotta go over the house with a fine tooth comb to make sure there isn't anything around that the cats would get hurt on. They are kind of dumb and eat anything on the floor. Ah, the joys of pet ownership.

I know I'm not going to get any sleep tonight either so Goofy, you won't be the only one with circles. We leave very early tomorrow morning and I hope it's not foggy like it is this morning because I don't want any flight delays. I want to get to WDW ASAP.

2 days left for me. I am 75% packed. I am washing and packing and cleaning and organizing school supplies. I wish my trip would start today.I had a reaaly crappy 2 weeks and I need this vacation. I just wish it would be a liitle cooler. I know it is Aug but I wish the "real feel" temps were in the 90s not the 100s

Hubby bought son a Mickey watch to give him when the phone call comes in. I just got an e-mail reminder that they will be calling at 7:15am tomorrow. Will let you know how it turns out and will figure out how to post the taping on-line so you can watch.
