I posted on this thread back in April, that I was still having issues after my gallbladder surgery.
Went to a Gastric specialist with my list of symptoms, he immediately diagnosed my problem.
Some 20% of people have issues after the surgery due to the bile irritating the intestines. The pain in the upper stomach, diarrhea and nausea.
He gave me a prescription for Colestipol taken twice a day. Finally, I feel like myself again, I am so relieved.
I can eat and not be afraid to leave the house. Of course if I over indulge I will usually get the stomach pains again and other symptoms.
So, if you are still having issues after surgery consider asking your doctor if you are one of the unlucky ones with bile irritation issues.
