Galaxy's Edge and ADR's

Yes, exactly! And no, your wording isn't confusing. I'm just not as Disney savvy as most people here!

Each trip we generally go into the park around 4pm, book Hollywood Brown Derby for dinner at around 6:30pm, and stay in the park until closing time. Obviously for our trip in September things will be a bit busier! I know there is a chance the HS may be full because of Galaxy's Edge, and Disney have stated there is no guarantee that people with tickets can get in, but does anyone would they honour ADRs and allow those people in? I don't want to bother factoring it into my plans if we would be turned away.

Level 4 closure is the only point that people with ADRs are refused.
