I was on the phone with a cast member yesterday to make a reservation change that I couldn’t make on the website. The CM started making small talk while waiting for the changes to process and asked what my son and I planned to do on our trip, so I mentioned GE among a few other things.
She said to make sure I tell my son that GE will have a unique smell and to not be alarmed because “that’s how space smells” and that “it will smell different from the rest of WDW.”Now, I might have misheard her but I would swear that she said it smells kinda like trash or garbage. It didn’t register at first and it was only when I hung up about 15 seconds after her comment that I realized, HEY, THAT’S NOT NORMAL.
Like I said, I may have misheard her (I really hope I did) but with Disney’s level of detail, I assume GE does have a smell. So, what is it?
