Gag gift for 40th birthday

Anybody have a great idea for a funny gift to take to a 40th BD party?? Something for a woman, prefer it not to be totally tacky .... I'm not feeling very creative right now so someone please bail me out on this !

Some friends gave my Dad a cane for one of his birthdays. Kinda pricey, but very funny.

I was just going to say a cane. They have canes that they make especially for gag gifts. They have like one of those pill boxes and a ton of other stuff attached to it. Someone got it for my grandfather (I think it was for him) many years ago. I think you can buy them at like card stores maybe or a party supply store possibly.
