Hi can i get the GAC card from guest services at DTD or does it need to be parks only

Im presuming not need for motorablity as obvious with chairs but more for his sight and hearing

You need to go to Guest Relations in one of the theme parks.

You are correct that a GAC is not needed for visible disabilities. The Cast Members (CMs) can see a mobility device and know what to do. It is for invisible disabilities/needs and is basically a communication device to give CMs a bit of information about the needs.
