There are benches in the WOC viewing area. Unfortunately, there are no benches in the WOC waiting queue. If you have others in your party, they can wait in the WOC queue for you and you could join them at the last minute. If not, you may consider renting a wheelchair/
ECV if you can't stand in the line for the show.
Alternatively, you can try for the second WOC show if they have it. Most days, they allow people in the viewing area after they have cleared it out from the first show. You can then access the the benches in the disabled area and wait for the show while sitting. I have done this a few times.
Please be advised you need a GAC and a WOC FP to access the disabled viewing area for WOC. And there isn't a GAC only for shows, but you are free to use the GAC as you see fit. I would explain to guest services your concerns and obtain the GAC if you need it to enjoy WOC.
As far as fireworks go, I would stake out a bench on Main Street or around the Hub if I wanted a prime position (I am assuming you will be watching Remember, Dreams Come True fireworks based on your signature). But I have also watched the fireworks from Jolly Holiday or Plaza Inn when I didn't have hours to devote to getting one of those benches. The view from those places is obstructed, but you still can see a lot. And it is better than being in pain!
I hope you have a great trip!
