Gaaah! My Disney Experience changed my TSMM FP+

What the heck!! I woke up at 5am to get Toy Story Midway Mania FP+ before 2pm and now I've logged on to check this morning its changed to Rock n' Rollercoaster! ***!!!!

Damn I'm annoyed and pretty devastated. My plan had been to leave Hollywood Studios at 1pm and jump over to Epcot for food and wine. When I log onto FP+ and try to reschedule the time it says Toy Story Midway Mania - previous time 12:25 - 13:25 so it did exist!

I've changed the FP+ from Rock n' Roller coaster to a 8:00pm slot for Toy Story but really that means I've gotta jump to Epcot then back to Hollywood Studios. I'm going to ring Disney when their office opens. I really really hope they'll give me the FP+ back.

omg, i'm totally blown away by the phone call I just had. So as a follow up to my previous post:

The CM I spoke to was so nice and sweet. She said that it appeared there had been a system glitch and my FP was incorrectly cancelled (probably due to a large number of people logging on). In addition I've been given a FP+ for Toy Story Midway Mania which I can use at any time during the day.

I'm so happy!

What a great result! I did enjoy using the magic bands last year but it does leave you at the mercy of errors at Disney's end. I'm glad they managed to sort things out for you.
