Ga/FL resident rates

When florida rates are given, are Georgia rates always offered at the same time and price? Or, are Florida rates offered by themselves sometimes and at other times, Florida and georgia rates are offered? thanks

I would also like to know when DCL releases the FL resident rates.

Fl resident rates are usually released 30--90 days before a cruise where the cruise isn't filling as fast as DCL would like. For instance, there are now FL resident rates available for September which were released a couple weeks ago. FL resident rates are typically available for Sept/Oct and Jan/Feb sailings.

However, it is not predictable. It is based totally on how fast the ships are filling.

Unfortunately, no FL res rates for Sept 3-day cruises....when I viewed DCL website for availability, 9/1 cruise seems to be sold out....

I understand about FL rates, but this is the fiirst I have heard of Georgia rates. Are they the same and can be book that way? Are there any restrictions? Also, is it hard to get a room for 5 at those rates.
