If you don't rent a car for your WDW vacation, you probably use a shuttle service to get from the airport to your resort. We don't use them anymore because we had a bad experience. Despite having called for a pickup 24 hours in advance as required, we were passed up by three shuttle drivers and almost missed our flight home. (We grabbed a taxi instead.) FYI, if you're in the same situation, you can take a taxi for no extra charge. If the shuttle driver doesn't offer to call one for you, ask him/her to do so. The taxis are owned by the same company as the shuttles and will accept your shuttle vouchers. We learned this firsthand from the taxi driver who got us to the airport in time.
