Started about a week or so ago, but due to the popularity of Anna & Elsa, MK CMs are no longer just "dropping the rope" to let people in but are rather slowly walking the rope down Main Street USA and then letting guests disperse (around Casey's Corner/Plaza Ice Cream right now but they're still testing that). Just a heads up for those who will be getting to MK early in the next few weeks.

Good to know!! We wont be running to A & E, but will be rope dropping. Glad theyre doing that to keep things safer!

We haven't decided if we are doing rope drop yet but if we do we will not be going to see Anna & Elsa. I wanted to know whats the best way to Peter Pan without getting into the Anna & Elsa crowd ?

For EMH mornings do they also do this? Are A&E even open in the early hour?

Sounds like how they have to do it for Radiator Springs Racers out in DCA. Glad they are making it safer!

I've heard about this in the past, I don't think this is new.

I know they do it at Epcot.

They had previously done this for Space mtn. After main rope drop you'd "skip" over to the bridge but then get "escorted" from there via a slow rope walk

Good! I was worried about how RD was going to work with kids and a wheelchair if everyone was pushing by around us.
