Hi All-
We returned from a wonderful stay at the Boardwalk (12/19-12/27) during which we hit each of the four major parks and Disney Springs. As an FYI to those with upcoming trips, please be aware that merchandise in stores is extremely limited. It was a little jarring to see so many missing racks in the Emporium and World of Disney. At first I couldn't quite put my finger on what was different (why everything felt pretty open) but once I realized it was really eye-opening. My point here is two-fold: 1. I'm of the "If I forget to pack it, Disney will sell it to me" mindset; that would not have been the case here. 2. If you are looking for cute souvenirs or something specific, it's likely your options will be limited so buy what you want when you see it (and return it later if you find something else you want), because it's very likely it won't be there when you go back.
