Future reservation question

I just made reservations at the BW PLUS PARK PLACE INN.........a YEAR in advance.

Have I locked in my price or do they have the option to change the stated room rate?

I understand that taxes might go up, but is the room rate a lock?

You are locked in. If prices go down, you will need to rebook to get a lower price, but you are protected from prices going up.

Thank you! I was hoping that was true. I doubt prices will go down from what I've reserved.

We booked BWPPI 10 months in advance & monitored our rate since then. The rate never went down, stayed at what we had booked at for about 4 months and then started to creep up from that point until now.
