Anyone else wondering what will happen with Epcot's fp tier system once Ratatouille and Guardians of the Galaxy are added? Not to mention a possible remake of Journey into Imagination and a ride at the UK pavilion (fingers crossed for Mary Poppins).

Do you think they'll keep the current tiered system and just change which attractions are on the tier 1 list? Or will they eliminate tiers altogether to become more like Magic Kingdom?

dont mean to sound ignorant....but what is the "tier system"

tier system=you can only pick one ride for FP off each tier, Soarin, FEA, TT on one tier together so you can only pick one, and other less popular rides on another tier and you pick 2 from that tier

The new rides will be Tier 1 I assume. I would expect at least some of the current Tier 1 to drop down based on how the rides are doing at that time. With the added Soarin capacity - I would think that that might be first to drop down with FEA next and TT 3rd although as I said, we'll see how times look at that time.

Once Rat and Guardians come out, I'd expect Epcot to go to no tiers. I don't see them throwing those two in tier 1 along with TT, Soarin, Frozen, and Illuminations.

At that time there'd be enough top rides to spread it all out

Ooohhhh... A Mary Poppins attraction? That would be so cool! I hadn't heard about that one before! Now that TGMR is gone, they could reuse that part of the ride. That would be awesome!

I am not sure about that. These attractions will open at different times. Rat in 2020 and Guardians in 2021. I can see there still being tiers but with TT and/or Soarin going to tier 2.
