Future cruise voucher

Just can't decide on the future cruise voucher...

Coming from UK, the exchange rate isn't great at the minute.

Can the voucher be refunded at any point of the 2 years if I decide I don't want it anymore?

Yes, you can cancel and get your $250 deposit back if you decide that you don't want to use the placeholder. If you book an actual cruise instead, you could also get the deposit back as long as you cancel before the Paid In Full date for that cruise, and you had not booked a concierge stateroom. Concierge deposits are nonrefundable.
