last night my MIL told us to look into a cruise for May 2007 - specifically pricing -

in your experience - how much do prices jump year to year

when will 2007 information come out?

should we call our TA now and let her know we are interested? Will we get discounts if we book when they release dates?

Will we get good pricing in may or is there a better month?

the only one of your questions that i can help you with is when the pricing comes out - from what i heard they usually come out in august or september - and the sooner you book the better your price will be

I've been pricing out cruises based on the 2006 prices via the allseastravel website (we're also planning on a 2007 cruise). I don't know how much the prices will vary, but at least it's giving me a ballpark idea and I can compare 4 day vs 7 day, different cabins, etc.

That way we'll pretty much know what we want and can book as soon as prices come out. For 2006 I read that they came out at the end of September.

The prices for 2006 did come out the end of Sept. 2004. We booked with in a week or two. Our cruise is now $1,200 more and I expect it to rise. We are going in March of 2006.
