If you had $1,000 FCC that has now become OBC to spend on your 7-night cruise, how would you spend it? Cruise and tips have already been fully paid.

We like to play Bingo, so we'd probably spend at least a few hundred dollars on that. I'd also want to have dinner at Palo, and buy some souvenirs. I don't think we'd even approach $1,000, though, unless we were cruising Alaska and had multiple excursions booked.

go all out on port adventures, book palo brunch, remy dinner, book a massage/facial treatment, rainforest spa package, pre night stay at one of the partnering hotels, and if I had anything left over something from Tiffany's

if none of that interested me, then possibly flights through DCL air services

You can book via DCL a night or two at a hotel or Disney resort before or after the cruise. The FCC can go towards that, and with Disney deluxe resorts especially, the prices can run high. Now that I think of it, that's probably how I'd spend most of the money, with a night or two at a Disney resort booked via DCL.

DCL transfers between the port and airport and/or port and WDW resort can also be paid for via FCC.

We are using my DVC for our pre and post cruise stays. I get one Palo reservation for being Platinum. Just might have to book a dinner as well. Port adventures for Tortola and St. Thomas are not all that exciting, unless they change some things up when they start sailing again. Shopping, spa treatments are both strong possibilities.

Does anyone know if I could use the OBC for the photo package for my son's cabin? I was told I could not use it to purchase the photo package in advance, but could I do that once I was on board?

Also, I have prepaid for all gratuities, In the past, I have always put extra in the tip envelope the night we give them out. Is it possible to use OBC to pay the extra? If so, would I do that at Guest Services or how do I get that to them?

Yes. You go to Guest Services and tell them you want to add on extra gratuities. They will give you a quick form to fill out indicating how much total gratuity you now want to go to each server (the previous amount allotted will already be indicated). The amount will be charged to your onboard account, so if you have OBC, that will be used to pay for it.
