Furry crocs ???

My son really wants a pair of crocs with fur lining. The problem is, he wears 12 13, and the new furry ones only have straps up to size 10 11, and Im not sure if mammoths have straps at all. He has to have a back strap to wear them to school, school rules. SO, my question is, can we get a strap and strap it on ourselves, OR can we order the fur lining from crocs and put into a regular croc shoe? Or does the lining only work with mammoth shoes? If anyone knows that would be wonderful. I think our only other option is to get that new fur lined shoe that is a shoe shoe, not a clog, and they are expensive, and not really the colors I would prefer. Thank you!!

I was just looking at them, the blitzen comes up to a 12/13 in 'childrens' and 3 in 'junior'.

Mammoth does not have straps and I don't think you could one on, it is pretty tight at the bolt where the fleece goes around it.

I bought my son the furry crocs with no backs. I took the straps off his old crocs and put them on the furry ones. He has been wearing them for a couple of weeks now, with no problems.

I found the mammoths and wooly mammoths run small because of the lining.

My son has the ones with the lining with no straps. They sit deeper in the back than the regular crocs. He never has a problem with them slipping off. But then he also doesn't run around/play in them. He mostly wears them around the house and for when we need to run a quick errand and I don't have time for him to find his shoes.

Yes, I did. It was not easy getting them on, but now that they are on it looks like they came that way. They do seem to run small, so I went with the next size up. Good luck.

Do you have some-Im just confused because I just checked it says only up to size 10 11 has straps-and a review for them on Amazon says it doesn't have straps in larger sizes Not being argumentative, just confused, I cant have them if they dont have straps

I just might have to try that, unless someone knows somthing I dont about those new blitzen ones thanks so much for your input!

Fully molded croslite™ material slip on clog with removable back strap for support (back strap available on sizes 6/7 -10/11).

This is from the crocs website..I would think the 12/13 would NOT have the straps. Have you called crocs? Maybe they can tell you. My son is in a size 2 so I know they didn't come in his size.

I just did a live chat with Crocs on line a few days ago asking this same question to them. The rep informed me that there are no straps that could be attached to the Mammoths.
I have however heard of a few people doing as PP mentioned and attaching back straps.
It is so frustrating because we also have the must have back strap rule at our schools.
FWIW, last year DD had a pair of fuzzy "crocs" made by Sketcher. They had a back strap.

Thanks to all! Ill have to look into skechers, also very interested in just attaching a strap Now Im wondering if it would be easier to attach a strap to the blitzen than to mammoth, since blitzen has straps in the smaller sizes, maybe it is made more strap friendly???? Ill have to check them out in person I guess, but at least now I know it can be done.(and that Im not going crazy thinking that only up to 10 11 in Blitzen has straps, I thought I was reading that right, but was starting to have doubts )
