Furniture Sliders?

Has anyone ever purchased the furniture sliders that they have advertised on TV? We have a large entertainment center that needs to be moved and I was wondering if they really worked, and if there was a store that carried them instead of having to order them online etc....

Yes they work great. I've moved a whole bedroom set all by myself with them. You can get them in the stores--I got thm at Bed, bath and beyond.

Thanks nancy, I didn't ask that question but I am going to Bed bath and beyond and buying myself some. I have seen them at Linens and Things but didn't know if they work or not. again thanks for the tip

I second Nancy... we bought some "Moving Men" at Walgreens and moved our whole living room, including a 3 part entertainment center and a computer hutch!

"Moving Men" I LOVE them!!! I can move the couch with just one hand. Got mine on clearance at Target. I highly advise them!!

Moving Men. They're wonderful!!!! I've got two sets, and moved my bedroom around by myself (triple dresser and 5'chest.... still full!). Don't know how anyone lives without them!!!

I got some from QVC few years ago. My boss was asking me to bring them in all the time to move FULL filing cabinets. We used to hire someone to come in -- not anymore. My boss bought some... AND the guy he used to hire bought some. LOL

Also, carpet cleaning guy loved them (ours)!

My mom used them to move a room around. She moved the bed and table on her own!
