DD asked Santa for a Furby Boom and he delivered. We put the batteries in last night and the furby had a sweet sounding voice (little girl). About 5 minutes in front of the TV, it turned into a boy's voice, complete with burps, "toots"
rotfl
, and vomiting sounds.
I search online and found a tip to pet it for 5 minutes and it will change. DD tries that with no success. We send her to her room (for the quiet), she pets it for 5 minutes and back to the girl's voice (YAY!). The kids start some music from DS's Ipod to make the furby dance, and a couple minutes later, it changes back to the boy's voice. grrr. We haven't been able to get it back to the girl's voice.
Anyone else having similar problems? FWIW, the music was 'Gangham Style' and a minecraft song (parody of 'Last Friday Night'). These really can't be this sensitive, are they?
