I've never really heard anyone say something funny but I do have this funny story wiht my dad a random guy and a bucket of beer..

well when we went to Florida we went down to the pool and my dad got a bucket of beer (my dad likes his beer lmao) so then this guy he was sitting next to my dad and he was on the phone and the guy is like to the guy on the phone "this guy next to me won't let me have a beer.." and it was soo funny the way he said it..

and I have a lot more funny stories .. but there reallllllllllllly awkward..

At a restarant in Florida a couple years ago, this waiter read us the whole menu. My brother and I were trying not to laugh. Then the waiter got offended.

I was thinking about starting one of these theads, it was on the theme parks and strategies one and I love it..

Well, let me tell you the story:

When we went in December, we ate a 50's Prime Time. We sat at a table next to this horrible lady and her family. I mean this woman would not shut up and it seemed like the entire restaurant could overhear her conversations. Throughout our meal, the TV's in the restaurants playing old shows that kept reminding her of all these things and she kept saying all these dumb things.

"Oh! Dick Van ****! I saw him eating lunch at Central Park one day, he was eating a sandwich and reading his newspaper!" (I guess I can't write his last name..It blocks it out, oh well, you know who I mean)

"My husband said I can a drink! Hmm, what one should I choose?!" (If you saw her husband, well, you could tell that she wore the pants in the relationship)

And my favorite:
"Where's Lucy?! I wanna see Lucy! You know when we went to Universal, all I wanted to see was Lucy, but he wouldn't let me see her. They should play Lucy! Lucy has so many good shows!" and so on.. (Does Disney even own the rights to I Love Lucy? Isn't that Universal's?)

Anyways, but towards the end of our meal, she said it. The one thing our family kept repeating the rest of our trip. She had her son with her and he was full and you could clearly see that but she insisted on him finishing his food. So she said, "I'm gonna get up and go to the bathroom, and when I come back that food better be gone. Eat until you feel like you're gonna puke!" My family cracked up and we still say that..

weeell. i don't have anything to say about funny things i heard but..
there was a handicapped worker at the polynesian who was stalking us and kept on talking to us.
and... we had every commercial on the monorail memorized. especially 'please stand clear of the doors' in spanish.
most disturbing thing i ever saw? a mother and daughter walking around in shiney pink spandex suits. i mean actual suits. god it was ugly. and they weren't exactly what you would label.. er- size 0. more like size a million.

ewww. i would never want to see that. never ever. you've got those people there, i can't remember at the moment, but i'm sure i saw more scary people there.

the other day i was at winners, i saw this asian guy who had his hair so.. like. defying the laws of gravity i thought he was a girl from a distance. but he was hott when i saw his face xD

My mom said she read on the other thread that a little girl and her mother where staying at an all stars, and the little girl climbed into one of the big "A"s they have, and said, "Look mom, I'm in the A Hole"

I remember this one other time, my sister and I were in Epcot in the world showcase. We were walking behind this lady and her 2 young kids and suddenly she stops and yells out "Look kids! We're in China!!" My sister and I looked at eachother confused and I was like, "Dude, we're in Morrocco.."


This isn't something I overheard, but something me and my brother did. We went on the ride in the Mexico pavillion and got stuck in a boat with this family (there was no one else in the boat, just us & the family). We were sitting behind them and you could clearly tell that they had never been on the ride before. Now, everyone who's been on it before knows, that it is completely boring ride, so I decided to make it a little more interesting. I nudged my brother and said, "Oh my gosh, do you remember that huge hill?! I hope I don't get soaked again!" He caught on and said, "Yea, you know I never got my hat back. Good thing I brought my rain coat." We kept going on and on about this "huge hill" and suddenly, you could see the family in front of us kind of preparing for the hill (taking their hats off, securing their bags, etc.). To their surprise that hill never came and at the end of the ride we were like "Whoops, must have been the wrong ride. My mistake.." It was hilarious..

This isn't something I overheard, but we have all these quotes that one of us or someone else have said, and I'll tell you some of my faves.. let me get our disney journal I know this is long, and half it won't seem funny ( you know, inside jokes, the way people said it, etc)

1999 I was 5, my brother was almost 3

"There is no 41 in Jamaica" cab driver- long story
so, my brother, for the whole time he was little- like 1-7 years old, he had this obsession with saxophones. when my parents told us we were going to do something fun, I said "really really fun?" and my brother said, "play the saxophone?"
when we were at a character breakfast, my brother "I peed in my swimming diaper" (we ran out of diapers) and I suddenly spit out water- I had been holding it in my mouth until dessert came


2000-I was 6, my brother, almost 4

(in a really deep voice) "hello winnie da pooh!" (etc with all chars we passed)
my mom couldn't figure out how to get into an inner tube, and this british weirdo (in a british accen obviously) says "no, no you put your but in the hole"
my brother- "I'm cold as a meatball"

2000 again (almost christmas) me-6, brother-4

my brother- "to infibity and beyond!" not a spelling error


2003- me-9 brother-almost 7

we didn't write sayings for that one

2004 me-10 brother-8 (christmastime- surprise!)

this sounds not funny at all, but it was hilarious (in the elevator) my bro "don't do any thing stupid, there could be hidden cameras!"

2006 me-almost 12 bro-9

umm.. it was a short trip and we started a new journal so I won't post for that

Okay you know the Ice Cool Station? Well on our last trip we were there sampling the different cokes. Well for you who haven't been there this one coke from Germany ( i think) it's called Beverly. It's very very gross! Well of course my mom new that. This women walked up and in a really loud voice my mom said " Wow that coke Beverly is really good!" The women took a BIG drink of it. It was ssssssssoooooooooo! funny when she spit it out real fast.

-Actually it doesn't sound that funny when I write it, I never was good at details....

bathrooms have got to be my favorite. little boys are the greatest. one time this little boy INSISTED he go into the bathroom by himself and not two minutes later he declares "WOW! even the toilets here are magical!"

my brother referred to tinker bell as a lit-up moth....

i took a friend on splash, and mind you shes not the brightest crayon in the box and when we're going up the big hill to go down the last drop shes like "...hey wait...this is the one with the really big drop isnt it?"

how about on the first trip when at breakfast my dad put salt on his cornflakes...

and when watching the fireworks show at magic kingdom (not wishes then) we had already seen it the year before but still when tinkerbell came over my sister pointed up to her and asked "what's that?" (and tinkerbell is her favorite character)
