When my 2 year old daughter saw the giant sorcerers hat in MGM for the first time she said "There's Donald's hat!". I was about to tell her that it was actually mickey's hat (borrowed from a sorcerer) when I realized that she was refering to Mickey's Philharmagic which she had seen the previous day. Cute, huh. Then an hour later, I heard another small child about the same age say the same thing.
So although most of us identify that hat with Mickey, it looks like the new generation will identify it with Donald, thanks to Mickey's Philharmagic. Funny, huh?
