Just a bit ago, I headed off into the bathroom to wash my hair. Suddenly, I heard the commotion in the background of the dog barking and the cat hissing. Doesn't happen too often as the dog normally gives the cat all the respect she needs.
Guess he got too 'full of himself' this morning.
Within seconds, the dog is hiding behind me (still washing my hair at this point).
I finish up and head out of the bathroom. I can't help but notice that the cat is sitting, pretty as you please, outside the bathroom door. There is no way on God' green earth that the dog is coming out of there with the cat, sitting there waiting for him to make a move!!
He is laying on the floor, just inside the door, with his head resting on his paws. He tries a couple of barks to get the cat to move. Well she does move...closer to the open door!!
The two of them must of stayed that way for about 10 minutes! Finally, in victory, the cat turned and strolled away casually. You could just hear her thoughts!!
The dog still would not come out of the bathroom until I called him (he couldn't see where exactly she went and was not about to take any chances...good move on his part
). When I called for him, all you could here was the sound of quickly moving paws across the hardwood floor....he high-tailed it into the bedroom where I was (laughing at him the whole time!!)

Not that she has a 'reputation' but if she is outside and the UPS man comes, he beeps his horn before leaving his truck so I'll open the front door!!
