BUT: this was after some people complained about it and put their mind in bad places. You can google about the owner of the plates and his take on it. It was a joke and it was put on Kids' First plates. However, the DMV let him have it on 2 different cars, each time seeing on renewal registration what it said and still allowed him to keep it on there.

I live here in VA. and I have seen many questionable plates,but DMV is slow to catch on. I myself had KSS THS on my plates for years, because i made a bet they wouldn't put it on there, but they did. Not only did they, but I even put KSS THS1 and KSS THS 2. I could still put KSS THS 2 according to the website,that could be construed a couple different ways. But as long as I pay for my plate, then it's no more offending then some of the bumper stickers I have seen. I now have a different plate, but who's to say that my plate wont get complained about because someone is a hater?

An according to DMV website, it goes on about your license plate: they will even consider bumper stickers, magnets on your car if complained about for the content of the license plate.

I actually thought about the Donner Party when I first saw the plate. But if you saw Eat the without the kid's first, wouldn't some people still have a dirty mind? I knew a girl with Bondage on her Kharman Ghia here in va and it was allowed.

Ironically, at my DD's school, one of the teacher's husband bought her a car and put Van Halen's song hot for teacher , HT4TCR on it. It's funny, people need to stop being all dirty minded and worry about something else.

I think that people are just a bunch of idiots to complain. I thought it was actually a VERY clever and funny license plate. The actual "shame on them" goes to the people with the sick and twisted minds that actually led to him losing those plates.
