For the past few days I have joyously reading the Great CM thread and the shocking things thread. Because of these, I thought it might be good to have a thread for just have really funny things that have happened at the parks. I thought of 2 good ones:
1. I was standing outside of Canada in Epcot and reading the Le Cellier menu waiting for my parents to join me. I hear a couple coming up the path from the resteraunt.
The wife must have commented on how beautiful the flowers were.
So the husband said, "Yeah, they are all from the country that they are located in."
"Oh, really?"
"No they just planted random crap around."
At this I just bust out laughing and turn to the guy, who is up to my position now and say, "I'm sorry, but that was just really funny."
I was laughing for a while after that. The couple was halfway to the McDonald's fries stand and I heard her say, "That kid is still laughing!"
2. In the early afternoon and late night, I tend to go around the parks by myself because my parents have returned to the hotel. On this one day I happened to be at the Magic Kingdom and it was an hour or 2 before closing. I used a few Fastpasses for Space Mountain (my favorite ride) and continued to get placed with groups I call "screamers", you know the people who scream loudly at every turn, hill, and fall. So I got back in line for my last ride of the night. I get up to the load area and am placed with a group of 4 girls and their mother. I am seated behind the mother. She turns to me and only says "Sorry". And I say, "For what? Screamers?" She said yes, so I joked with her that it was all right and i was getting used to it because of the previous groups. So we sit down and get ready to go when she says to the girls that This guy in the back (me) likes it when we scream, so lets scream on the ride for him! They started screaming in the blue tunnel and didn't stop til the end zone. I also started laughing in the blue tunnel and didn't stop till the end zone. It was soooo funny.
