Fun White Elephant ideas for 5th grade girls?

My co leader and I decided to surprise our troop with a "white elephant" exchange. silly, nonsensical stuff. The girls are going to do a "nice" gift exchange.

Her and I will bring 5 gifts, for a total of 10. Cheaper the better (or free!). What are some good funny ideas?
