I have read about the "fun stuff" at OHanas...the hula hoops, the coconut races, etc... :goodvibes
Two simple questions...
1. Are these things just at Dinner?
2. Are they just for kids?! :rotfl:

I think that they do some things at breakfast too. Breakfast is a character breakfast with Lilo and Stich. When we were at the Poly in December there were some games or dancing going on each morning .
During dinner they have the hula hoops, coconut races etc, I have only seen children involved expect when the children are a bit young then their parents were walking along side of them.

I don't know about b-fast. The times I have eaten at 'Ohana's they call up all of the kids, for the games, but once in awhile I see mom and dad helping out a shy kid. Maybe if you tell them you are a kid at heart :rotfl: It is so much fun to watch the kids hula and race around the room.

I was at a table with 9 other adult DISers, and we got involved in the action. They had a special adult coconut race that night (I don't know if they do it every night, but I bet if you ask, they will do one), and we just got involved with singing along, and having a great time.

To be honest, I think watching the kids is just as fun as being part of it.

They usually announce that kids who are a little larger and older need to go to the back of the pack. Then they clarify it is the adults they are talking about. We have seen several adults out there participating with the kids. They do make sure that all the kids are able to play first, then the adults can do as they wish.
