I was wondering what restaurants you could suggest for toddlers that arent character meals. I want something they will have fun at. I have done Wispering Canyon and will probablly do it again however I am hoping for other options and suggestions.

My DS enjoyed the Sci Fi at MGM, although the darkness can be a little intimidating to some. He also enjoyed Planet Hollywood, although it is very loud. There is so much to look at though, that it kept him busy, we spent our waiting time playing I Spy. Also, he enjoyed Pizza Planet, although it is a CS. We sat upstairs and played the games after we finished. :)

Chef Mickey's. The atmosphere is fun and the food is good. Characters come right to the table so, beware if your liitle one is a bit timid.

I don't know about todlers as much, but Ohanna's is great for preschoolers. There is games and other activities every 15min or so (coconut races, limbo, hula mini lessons, hola hoop contest.)

I wish Sci Fi was different, more kid friendly. My DD wanted to eat there, but I knew the programs they show would freck her out, she does not like anything like sci fi stuff. However if it was a house of mouse with mickey cartoons, man that place would be SOOOOOO poplular! :thumbsup2

50's prime time is fun for the whole family, and not charater event. Good food too. Very young kid friendly.

We like Garden Grill at Epoct, (still liked the orginal menu better, but the most current one is more like it then the one last year.) It is charater, but the resturant rotates and you can see inside the Living With the Land show, she liked that.

I hear the Living Seas is good, with the view of the fishies, but the price has always scared me off. One day I will try it. I think you can make it as cheap or $$ as you like depending on what you order.

If you don't want to do Cheif Mickeys Concourse steak house is good and very close by. Still in the Con and get to see the Monorail going by, and you can even see into CM if you want (a little bit) It isn't all you can eat.

Rainforst is good (or bad depending on your kid) We have one near home so we don't normally waste time or $ on it at WDW) I think both resturants at AKL might be good, but havne't tried them yet. (maybe next trip.)

Our 2 1/2 yr old liked Pizza Planet and Chef Mickeys the best. He liked LTT as well but I think it was because he met Goofy. But food wise I think PP was his favorite.
