Just a quick note to let folks know that we are down in Florida.
I emailed Rosa at Paramount International, who said she had Fun In the Sun Passes available and that I could go to their office and pick them up.
She replied, as we've seen before:
We still offer the Florida Fun-in-the-Sun Pass, adult $311.00 and children ages 3 - 9 $251.00 plus a $15.00 delivery fee in the US. You could pick them up in our office Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but you need to order them in advance.

I decided to see if the place really existed and found it, about 12 miles towards Orlando from the Disney area.

The office is small but "real" and Rosa is an unassuming young woman, dressed in jeans but a whiz at what she did. I told her she's famous on the DIS; she laughed and said she had no idea what was going on when she started to get email. She disappeared to enter my data into her computer and returned with the tickets --they are a 3 part official looking deal, with attached breakfast vouchers.
With my heart in my teeth, we then went to a regular ticket window at the Magic Kingdom TTC to activate them. Charley--my guy--had a little booklet telling him how to key it in. It took him quite a while and he had to get help, from 2 people. He asked where I was from, and I thought "this jig is up" as I bravely answered Pennsylvania. It turned out one of the people helping him was his wife, whom I figured out was related to him on account of they were both from Farmington, Me.
In the meantime my hubby activated his annual pass (which gets us a great rate at the AKL and free parking) with no issues whatsover, and was tapdancing waiting for us to get done, absolutely ready to say "I told you so" when the deal didn't work.
After fiddling with his system somemore, it spit out normal looking Disney passes, activated for 30 days of all things Disney, and we got through the gates with no issues. My hair is grayer, but we are enjoying a leisurely Disney experience, rather than the normal hustle to fit it all in (we're down here for a month).
thanks to everyone who reported on this little know money saver.
