We activated our FITS passes at the International Gateway and enjoyed our best WDW vacation to date with them. The CM at the booth had to call for instructions, and the server at the Kona Cafe breakfast said she had never seen one, but all went well. In fact, she asked me where I got them so she could provide them for visiting relatives on future visite. I hope the new ticket system doesn't cause the demise of these tickets. Anyone staying 7 days or more can make out like a bandit with them. Speaking of banditry, at PI they don't do the finger print thing with any pass, so I gave our passes with 20 days left on them to a local friend who will use them to take his fiancee' to PI with the remaining days.

Are you guys back already? That went by FAST! I was quite envious to see the fabulous weather you had! Mine isn't shaping up to be so nice, but hopefully we'll have some nice days.

I haven't heard anything about the FITS passes. I'll have to research! Of course if they are no longer available it doesn't matter...

Hey Bill -- How was your drive from PA? We used FITS in August of '03 and they were great. We got a comment from the CM that she thought only people from England and Australia could purchase them, but no hassle. Do you still get from Paramount International? Do you remember the prices? I have to decide on my tix soon, we are leaving in less than 2 weeks.

We were also thrilled with our FITS tickets for our trip in December 2004. My husband and I like small doses of the parks, and loved that we could go for just a couple of hours plus do lots of park hopping. One evening we went over to MK just for Wishes -- would never have done that if we had to use a day's clip from a hopper.

We also used our breakfast coupons at Kona Cafe -- both the CM who seated us as well as our server seemed quite familiar with them. In fact, we were surprised to get two beverages included free (one hot and one cold) because we thought we would only get one beverage.

Does anyone know if these tickets will be offered in future? The last batch had an expiration date of April 2005 and no one knew if they would be available after that.

Kallison,

We got our FITS tix from these guys:

and Myrtle Beach is about as far as I'm willing to drive from PA! We flew out of AVP. We paid $315 each and $7 or so for shipping, got them in 6 days. E-mail them if you can't find them on their site.

jackskellingtonsgirl,

Although I'd rather be back there, it's snowing in PA right now, it didn't seem fast to us, in fact it felt more like a month than 10 days. We really milked it for all it was worth. Hope the weather brightens for you.

DebbieB,

Thanks for the links. the FITS pass has us spoiled. I'll order them or something similar from across the pond for next trip if I have to.
