We want to buy the FITS tickets. We are going the last week of May through the first 3 weeks of June. Does anyone know for sure if the tickets being sold by Paramount are good in June if activated in May - or do they expire and you will not be allowed back in the park after May 31st? Also, is there an expiration of May 31st on the Character Breakfast coupons? According a a site in the Netherlands these tickets are good if activated by May 31st. Thanks.

I got the impression, from mousesavers, that these passes expire on 5/31/04. I do understand they expire 29 days after first use.

This is a very "tricky" question and one I would pose to Paramount, not that I have seen these passes on their site, but, I heard they do sell them. 1-888-281-6699

Have you looked at Mousesavers regarding these passes?

With your dates being so close to the expiration, I would be really edgy about investing in them.

I have the same question and have not gotten a clear answer. English can be a very subjective language. I asked, twice now, and am still not sure
I am sure the Breakfast voucher expires on the 31st and that is the last day you can use it.
I just emailed Ticketmania and asked if the pass needed to be activated by the 31st, or if the 31st is the last day it can be used regardless of when it was first used. I also gave an example- If first used on the 20th of May would it be valid on June 2nd? So I hope I get a definate answer this time. I will post whatever the reply is.

I would imagine that they are good for 30 days after activation. Just makes sense that if you activate them on the 15th that they would be good for 30 days. I just believe that you need to activate them by the end of May.

While I agree that would 'make sense' it is an awful big risk to take whan a few emails or phone calls can clear up the question. The reason so many people are concerned is that it has been posted that the expire on the 31st and can not be used after that even if your 30 days is not up. That did not make sense to me, so I emailed Ticketmania to ask about it...

I agree, it is a big risk. To me (and this is JMHO) when something says it expires on a certain date, it means that it is over then and there. This is a lot of money to be playing with and I do agree, a few phone calls will, hopefully, clear this up.
I would love to see Golden Oldie's take on this.

I need 4 adult and 4 kids tickets this year. We are taking a few extra people with us. Sharing the magic :sunny:

I think that is wonderful and I sure hope you get an answer on this soon.

You asked so you shall receive. ;)

FITS is a ticket that allows 30 days use or as they put it "expires 29 days after first use". But the ticket is not sold activated. It is sold only as a voucher. The voucher has the expiration date of 5/31/04. That means to me that you can exchange the voucher anytime up to 5/31/04 and as long as you use an admission the first time by that date, you will have the full time to use the ticket under the terms of sale. Otherwise the disclaimer would have said "expires 29 days after first use or on May 31, 2004, whichever comes sooner".

Think of it this way. If AP vouchers had an expiration date (don't panic...they don't) like the FITS and you turned one in a day before it expired, would you expect to get back a pass for one day? Same thing but for a smaller length of time.

Ticketmania confirms that they can be used for 30 days and just need to be activated by the 31st of May. However the breakfast voucher also expires on May 31st.

They also expect new ones with a 2005 expiratiion date in early April.

thank you so much Golden Oldie!!!! I just knew you would come through. :)

I hope to buy these passes as soon as they become available for the 2005 expiration date.

I do have another question regarding their use though.
Are the "Fun in the Sun" passes eligible for use on E-nights if they resume this summer?

I know the additional fee must be paid for the E-tickets. I'm just wondering if they qualify like the UPHs and APs, and such do?
