I found last night that after doing 25 minutes of Tai Chi, my legs felt like they had a good workout, but my arms felt left out.
I know I won't use any weight machines or anything like that, I don't even know that I would use those little hand weights. Any suggestions for some *fun* stuff I could do to give my upper body a workout when my lower body already feels like it's done but the upper isn't? (Can I get that any more confusing...
)
