I need some advice my DW and I our celebration our 1 year anniversery on 10/30. We are going to MNSSHP that night. I wanted to take her to a nice place to have a late lunch b-4 MNSSHP (2:30-3:00ish). I am trying to decide between Fulton and Concourse. What has the better atmosphere?? Is the Concourse neat becasue of the monorail or very sterile?? I would do Cali Grill, but I don't think it is open for lunch.

I don't know about Fulton's but I can tell you that we LOVE Concourse. The food is great, service is excellent, and watching the monorail ferry people in & out while eating is Disney magic at it's best.

I had the BEST meal at Fultons. It's really family friendly and they're really nice to kids. The staff is ULTRA nice and the steak...OH MY. My husband says it's not a steak you talk about eating, it's a steak that you like to dream about eating again! :cloud9: HIGHLY recommended.

::MickeyMo Same here! But we love Concourse as well. However, I do think that Fulton's beats it out. ::MinnieMo

I think for an anniversary dinner you'd be disappointed in the atmosphere at the Concourse. You hear allot of the noise from Chef Mickey next door, although the monorail is neat going by overhead. I've never eaten at Fultons, but it it's on my list, I would think the atmosphere much more anniverary-ish. Another handy option would be the Grand Floridian Cafe. Excellent food, charming atmosphere and right on the monorail from Magic Kingdom. Usually very quiet for lunchtime. A hidden gem, in my opinion. You coul d even order her a "Cinderella's Slipper" dessert here. Must be done in advance though, but that would be really special.

Thought the Concourse Steakhouse has great food, it lacks in decor and ambiance. Chef Mickey's is next door and can be a bit noisy at times. :confused3 Fulton would be a much better choice, especially for seafood. That being said, have you considered the California Grill? I think the prices are competitive with Fultons, though limited in seafood selections (but outstanding sushi), the ambiance is first rate especially if you're seated around the time fireworks are going off. :earsboy: The service is wonderful! For an anniversary celebration, this is my choice,... in a heartbeat! By the way, we were at the California Grill on a night when a MNNSHP was scheduled. A few of the patrons were in full makeup and costume and ready to go!

I'm casting my vote for Fultons. We've eaten there on two separate occaisons and have never been disapointed. The only downside is that you may be stuffed when you leave :scratchin Maybe I should have skipped dessert,
