Fulton's Crab House

I made a reservation at Fulton's for my BF and I, we wanted to make one ADR somewhere moderately expensive that we heard was good. I am starting to get scared now because I have read some not so good things about it. My BF loves seafood and I was hoping I'd made a really good reservation with this one...can anyone sooth my fears?

DH and I have eaten here many many many times and the food has always been delicious, well prepared and varied.
I'm the seafood fan in our house so DH does the steak/chicken/pork dishes and those have all been great too.

The appetizers and the desserts are wonderful too so try not to worry too much about the negative reviews.....all restaurants will have both negative and positive comments and this place is no different.

We've been going to WDW every year since 1998 and Fulton's is a "must-do" every time! It is a bit pricey, but the food and drinks are good and my daughters LOVE eating on the big boat!

I guess I am one of the people that hated it and will never go back. We went there for lunch and did not see anything special about it. In fact my mother had a dish that had cheese on it and the wrapper was still on the cheese

We have always made sure we ate at Fultons each trip.

However we were there the end of Sept this year and it was terrible and makes me think if I want to go back.

We had rervations at 6 pm and there was only one other couple in the restuarant.

When they brought our water the glass was chipped and we asked for another.

When we received our plates for appetizers the 2 out of the 4 plates were dirty and we asked for clean ones.

Our server was very strange and unprofessional. She would keep coming to the table and stand there never asking how things were if we needed anything etc just stood & stared.

It took forever to get our food
I ordered the Lobster & crab and it was not done right and was watery and stringy. My DH crab was the same

The children's meals were fine.

Fultons has always been one of our favorites & I look foward to my lobster there.

I do not like to complain so we ate, still left a tip and left
(still only one other couple in the restaurant)


I am not sure if there is new management with so many different issues.

Hopefully things will be better before our next trip
(not until 2009-boo hoo)

We ate there at the end of August and had one of our best meals of the trip. We both had the lobster and crab and it was excellent.

We ate there twice last week, once for lunch and once for dinner. We enjoyed it both times. Both times we carefully picked and chose what we wanted, sticking with shrimp cocktail, crab cake, lobster bisque and the stone crabs. I'm not sure I'd try a complete dinner there, but picking just the appetizers we knew we would like was fine.
