Full Guest Services location at Water Parks?

On our next trip, we will need to get a fresh TIW card. We aren't planning to go to a theme park or DTD either of the first two days, but will be going to Blizzard Beach.

I was wondering if there is a full-function guest services location at the water parks, where I could grab the new card (in order to use it at the hotel table services)...or if I would need to make a special trip to a park entry area. Our trip begins at Jambo, so I was hoping to avoid the extra park gate trip if at all possible.

Not sure about the water parks, but DTD has a guest relation area where you wouldn't have to go to a park. I also think there are Guest Relations outside each park, so maybe go to AK and take care of it outside the park.

According to the TIW website:

To purchase a Tables in Wonderland membership, visit Guest Relations, located at all four Theme Parks and Downtown Disney® area.

You might want to send a PM to Cheshire Figment (of the Everything About WDW Tickets thread). He works in ticketing and I believe he usually works at one of the water parks.

I was about to say I hadn't seen a post from CF in a looooong time (and the ticketing FAQ has old pricing), but he did post last week
