I am so bummed that I probably won't be able to see Big Bad Voodoo Daddy. I would go on the 8th, but we're going to MVMCP that night. Maybe I'll cancel my dinner reservation and hit the festival to eat and see the 5:30 show, then hop the monorail over to MK. We could do MK earlier in the day as was the plan, leave for an afternoon break and dinner/show at Epcot, then head back to MK for the party festivities. That's if hubby doesn't want to sleep all morning after the race (which is a definite possibility).

If you do try this plan, walking to Beach Club and catching the bus to MK would save you tons of time compared with the monorail. You'd have to take the Epcot monorail to TTC and then switch monorails to the MK express.
