Looking at Damo's pics and other pics and menus I still can't seem to find the items allowed by the DP. Anyone seen the "Symbol" of the fork and spoon on the menus allowed? I'm planning a trip in April and I'd like to see if the full plan is worth it. We are 3 seniors so junk food all day is not very appetizing. Any suggestions of where I can find the items or have had any recent experience with the full DP would be greatly appreciated! :thumbsup2

The full DP is very new. I don't even think we've had anyone report back that used it. There are a few people who used the quick service plan.

I don't see any symbols (spoon and fork) on any of the published menus. Perhaps they are only on the actual menus when you get there.

We used it last year. I think I reported on it back in November.

You got one full service one quick service and 1 snack and one drink per day.

We found really easy to use but the only thing is you need to remember is that Citywalk is very limited as far as places to dine. There were no quick service restaurants and they were supposed to have one. Since they did not they did give us a gift card to use where we wanted to. I don't know if that has changed as of now.

The snack credits we used at Cinnabon for breakfast which was nice and you could get bottles of soda instead of fountain drinks at several places.

Sit down meals were great- especially at Citywalk. We loved Pastamores and ate there twice. Pat O'Brien's was great too!

If you have any questions let me know

While I have not used it, it looks to be virtually identical to the Disney Dining plan (I talked to a CSR about it as well before passing on it) which I utilized once.

With any dining plan structured like this, you have to do a bit of planning to make sure you actually break even or come out ahead. If you are not big eaters, it may not be ideal as you will lose money. The wife and I ordered the most expensive meals we could and used all of the snacks, and we just barely broke even (cost of meals vs cost of plan).

Seeker, were you allowed to eat whatever you wanted off the menu or were there certain marked items?

We could eat whatever we wanted off the menu in and out of the parks.

Desserts were of their choice in the parks but at Citywalk restaurants we got to choose off the menu.

Just be sure to let them know you have the full dining plan wherever you go to avoid any headaches.
