So I have heard many good things about the fudge at DL. I know there have been numerous threads about it, but I forgot where to buy it. Where can it be found? Also, can anyone recommend any flavors to try? TIA!

You can get it in the candy store on main street and the candy store inside everything under the sun in California Adventures!

The store right next to the poohbear ride, has wonderful fudge. Also many other types of candies.

Here's one from Pooh's Corner. It was so good. PC is also where the tigger tails are - mmmmm

Also Marcelline's Confectionery in DTD. I bought some of the Pumpkin Pie fudge last year, on the sugeestion of many posters, and really didn't like it, unfortunately :(

The Tigger Tails at Pooh's Corner, tho'....... :thumbsup2

Fudge was the one item I couldn't find anywhere on my trip last week! I was so dissapointed - as at WDW there is fudge in every candy/coffe store...I didn't go to Pooh's Corner though - and was also looking for Tigger Tails - so i guess i missed out big time on that one!

I like to buy the prepackaged white chocolate fudge and the regular prepackaged chocolate fudge for gifts, but they didn't have them the last time I was there in January. They said they hadn't had them for a while. I hope they bring them in!

Seriously  Wonder what is up with that :confused3 They were good gifts to take back home.

I think it's that turn toward people likeing fresher, "homemade" products.

The packaged stuff can sit while people prefer to pay more for the freshly made stuff. If it sits too long, it's lost revenue. Smaller custom batches for increased cost + better business.

I don't buy the pre-packed toffee, but if it;s made fresh that day, I'll go gangbusters....

They've always had a fudge assortment at Marcelines when we go, has something changed? If I don't get my fudge fix next time, I'm going to be very upset! :furious:

Marceline's in DTD had a large variety of fudge to choose from Last Summer. I made myself narrow it down to one choice. Tigger tail fudge, vanilla, peanut butter and chocolate fudge swirl. YUMMY!!! The best part of it was the Vanilla fudge-never thought I would say that , I am a confessed chocoholic!!

you're killing me here, that looks soooo yummy!!!! :lmao:

I don't even know why I opened this thread up - I will forget where the fudge is by the time we go & I'm sure I could find it if I wanted some. I will.

I just heart fudge SO much I had to come in & see what was in the thread. I have issues. :rolleyes1

Also - we have a peanut allergy in our family so often *I* don't eat peanuts either....but I REALLY love PB Fudge!!!! I'll find a way...

NO FUDGE?!? Say it ain't so! It was there as of my last visit, in March; why would they take it away? :confused3 I hope it's back soon...I always bring my mom a box of it as a souvenir; she likes it even more than I do & I like it lots...

Pooh Corner baby, all the way!! Tigger Tails are ONLY available in Pooh Corner so we have to stop there, for the TT and for an Apple Pie Caramel apple. YUM!!!!

I had that one too!!! Sooooooooooo good!!!!! I didn't think I'd like it but I did. :)

The fudge is cut into really really large pieces, keep that in mind and maybe share. :) DBF and I do that, we pick a couple of pieces and share them. :) We tend to get the fudge on our last day and eat that on the 6 hour drive home, it helps the drive seem not so bad....really, seriously....lol

Thank you all for the wonderful suggestions, info, and pics! It's nice to have visuals so I have a rough idea of how large the pieces are.

My bf and I actually were planning on taking it home with us instead of eating it in the parks. That way, we can eat as many goodies as possible while at DL, then still have something to look forward to when we leave! We have a 6 hour drive as well, so we'll see if the fudge will even make it home. We might buy the packaged fudge if it's available when we go, but I kind of wanted to try some of the fun flavors that DL has to offer, so we'll see. Thank you all again for the help! :goodvibes

You must live up here near me. :) Gotta love that stretch of 5. lol We did buy some and take it home once, unfortunately we forgot about it and it was left in the car, so it pretty much melted and got yucky. So now we just buy one or two pieces and share it on the way home. :) DBF really likes the rocky road fudge, I thought it was good but it was very sweet.

OP! You are SOOOOO not my friend for 10 MINUTES!:sad2:

Not only do I want the stinkin kitchen sink! BUT NOW!!!!! I have to have FUDGE!

I hope you are happy with yourself! Now I have to work my tail off so I can add this to my trip treats.

Dancing to the Oldies is coming out!:banana: (this is the dance workout.. ) Everyone dance like the banana with me so we can eat this bad yummy good bad yummy fudge.

How awful it must have been to realize that you left the fudge in the car! That actually sounds like something I would do, and I probably would if we weren't bringing a cooler to store snacks and drinks for our ride to DLR. I might try the rocky road fudge if it has almonds. I'm not a big fan of walnuts in chocolate brownies or fudge. I also once saw a picture of mint chocolate fudge that looked really good so I will probably get that if it's available.

Oh, and I live in the SF bay area. Strangely enough, I have lived in California all my life and I have never heard of your city. :confused3 Where is it located?

Sorry! I didn't mean to tempt you, just wanted some info! :lmao: Just keep on dancing! :thumbsup2
