Love it. We've been going to one in Houston (where our 6YO grandson lives) for several years and absolutely love it. The fixings bar has melted cheese that you can put on top to make cheese fries.

Fuddruckers used to be my fav until I found five guys famous burgers. Once you have had the burgers and fries there nothing else will be the same again.

Theres no Fuddruckers left in south florida, but we do have 5 guys. 5 Guys is definately the best burgers in sofla.

Mmmm..I love Fuddruckers. Their fixens bar is awesome, always fresh and they cook their burgers exactly as ordered. I love the seasoning they put on their fries too. Mmm..too bad they are closed tomorrow!

Love Fuddruckers:love: . My family has been going there for family parties for years.
I get a burger and make a little salad from whats on the toppings bar. Yummo.

There is a Five Guys at our local mall. I agree...It is very good and much, much better than a Disney burger.

I remember going to Fuddruckers when I was a teen and request it often at that age because the location was popular with the midshipmen. :)

We used to go there a lot, but we have moved on to 5 Guys and Lonestar Steakhouse (5.99 to 7.99 on the before 4pm menu).

Agreed. We don't go anywhere but five guys anymore for burgers. Though personally I'd be happy just to eat the fries. Mmmmmm. :cloud9:

I had no idea that the Five Guys franchise had expanded so quickly. I used to eat in the Georgetown (DC) location often and then when I worked in Tysons Corner (VA), used to head up to the 3rd floor in the mall on my break. I  Five Guys.

DH and I have enjoyed fuddruckers for a few years now. Love the fixings bar as well. But i just discovered last night that we now have a 5 Guys near us. I told DH we definitely have to try that now as well!:woohoo:

We had a Fuddruckers here for, like, a day. Seriously. One day it opened and then before we knew it, it closed! I would never have wanted to work there. I'd be afraid I'd screw up the name. :scared1:

5 Guys did open up and thank heaven! Those burgers are awesome!

Where have you found 5 guys down here? I can't find that anywhere, and I've heard raves.

BTW, it's a sin they don't have Fuddrucker's here.

It amazes me to see so many here talking of 5 Guys.

We've been eating at the original one for years and then bam they were everywhere. I have actually had the 5 Guys cook my burgers :lmao:

John looked them up a few months ago, they now franchise but you have to commit to opening 5 in one zone within 1 years time.

I just heard about 5 guys a few months ago from my sister and I thought it was a local place! Had NO idea it was a franchise! I just googled them to see where they were and we have TWO in our area!

Gotta try it out!

I wonder how 5 Guys compares to In-n-Out Burger.

The 5 Guys web site (www.fiveguys.com) shows there is a store in Palm Beach Gardens, which if memory serves me correctly, is not too far from you.

Yeah, it's right down the road. I'm sure it's near the mall. Thanks. :thumbsup2

I'm wondering if it's similar to Cheeburger Cheeburger.

We love Fuddruckers. Years ago I ate at one in Chicago, but the only one in Massachusetts at the time became a Chili's. Some time later it converted back to a Fuddruckers, and then a couple more have opened.

In October we stopped at the new Fudds at Goodings plaza to eat on the way in to WDW rather than grabbing pizza at the Papa Johns next to Winn-Dixie. We weren't sure exactly where it was since there is no sign on the road for it yet, but I decided to turn in to Goodings itself and spotted it way back there.

There doesn't appear to be a 5 Guys very convenient to WDW yet.

There is a Five Guys in the Dr Phillips area. Irt's a 5 minute ride from Disney property.....ok...from the end of Hotel Plaza Blvd.

Exit Hotel Plaza Blvd and turn left on to SR 535 / Apopka Vineland Rd.

Travel approximately 6 miles to Sand Lake Road and turn right.

Travel 1/2 mile to Dr Phillips Blvd and turn left.

Make immediate left into Dr Phillips Plaza.

In that plaza, there is Toojay's Deli and Five Guys. They are on opposite ends of the plaza. Toojays is closest to Sand Lake Rd and Five Guys is at the other end.
