Ft. Wilderness Cabins in Ocotber

Hi guys I just booked the Ft. Wilderness Cabins for a week in October and I was just wondering if anyone has ever been there during this time. I was wondering if they have anything going on for Halloween. We are already going to MNSSHP on the 17th. I saw where they did the campfire thing every night I was hoping someone else may have an experience to share. Thanks

Congrats! I love the cabins! Hop over to the Camping Forum and you will find answers. I do think they have stuff going on for Halloween at FtW. I have not been there then, though.

we are coming the week of oct.16-23, going to MNSSHP on sunday oct 17th ps for LTT on 17th for 5:30. This is our first time at any other resort besides the values, our first time at MNSSHP, and our first time at any character meals. I am so so so excited. The resort looks so much fun.

My friend went the first week of November last year and absolutely loved it. She is going again this year the same week.

She said the weather was perfect and the crowds were great.

I am really hoping that the crowds are mild during Oct. I have been in Oct. before, but that was in 1994, and there was almost no line to anything. I went in March when it was spring break, and although it was crowded, it was doable. We didn't really wait for anything, but we did use fastpass. I hope that the weather and crowds will be mild.....we'll see, but I'm going anyways.
