My family had a vacation planned for March right when Covid happened. We cancelled and the points went back to their respective use years. We rescheduled for June and decided at the beginning of May that was not happening. We canceled and the points didn't go back to the correct use years. We have made reservations for July/August . and used most of the points that were not in the correct use year, but have 16 points just hanging in the 2019 use year. We called in May when it first happened and were told to wait 15 days and it would be corrected. We called at the beginning of June and were told that it would be done by the time the end of the reservation we had canceled would have happened. I called today and they told me it won't happen until August. This scares me, because won't those points just disappear in August. I believe I have been patient, but member services has not been helpful at all. What should I do?
