Frustration!

So, after waiting for three weeks, I finally received my Princess and the Frog movie poster from Disney Movie Rewards today. Now, normally, I love DMR, and I think it's great that they have these full-sized movie posters, but now I'm frustrated.

When I took the poster out of the tube it came in, there were wrinkles ALL over the poster, including over poor Princess Tiana's face! Three weeks of waiting, and now I can't even enjoy it.

I know it's not that big of a thing, and I've already sent an email about it, but it's just a little frustrating to wind up with a damaged poster after waiting for it for so long.

Has anybody else had a problem with Disney Movie Rewards? Did it get resolved easily?

I haven't had that kind of problem with them but I am always able to get someone on the phone or a quick email and they always correct the problem
