I was one of the SR people who for some reason didn't get credited for the Disney Movie club($12). I filled out my initial trouble ticket and sent what I neede. It has been over a month now with no communication. Should I start a new trouble ticket to get some kind of response? If it was a small credit I wouldn't care-but this one is big and I wouldn't have joined the movie club if not for the credit!
