I was one of the SR people who for some reason didn't get credited for the Disney Movie club($12). I filled out my initial trouble ticket and sent what I neede. It has been over a month now with no communication. Should I start a new trouble ticket to get some kind of response? If it was a small credit I wouldn't care-but this one is big and I wouldn't have joined the movie club if not for the credit!

Usually once you submit it Tricia submits it to the advertiser so the wait is on that end. There really isn't anything else that can be done. I think my container store one was in the system for about a month and then it came through. I never had any communication either.

Our hands are completely tied on this. We submitted about 25 trouble tickets for Disney Movie Club to the advertiser for the month of May and have not heard back yet. Believe me, I am just as frustrated as you are because that is a LOT of money for us, too.

Some advertisers are faster than others at responding to disputes. The best respond within about 5 business days. The worst take up to 60 days. I had heard that they submit them a month at a time to Disney to have them investigate. Unfortunately, there were SO many people who signed up through multiple rewards sites this month that it is probably taking them a lot longer to sift through which ones are legit and which are not. :(
