Frustrated with Park Hours & Need Opinions

So, I am only four weeks away from our next trip. I am getting really frustrated because WDW keeps changing its park hours and Extra Magic Hour schedule. I was psyched about staying in MK until 2 or 3 a.m. like usual this time of year. Now, there isn't a MK EMH at all that night. Instead, they are closing the parks earlier and some EMHs are in the a.m., not nighttime. Is this a sign that they are going to be less busy that week? I know when they extend the hours that they are expecting a big crowd. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

When I go on the hours site from the dis boards, they are all still listed. Where do you find that they changed them. I am not going until Sept., but I want to keep an eye on the hours when it gets closer. Thanks.

They are listed, yes, but have changed since I originally looked a few months back. Maybe I should clarify....it appears that the park hours are being shortened for the time I am going and that they are changing the EMH schedules. I have never had this happen to me in the past. Any other ideas?

Keeping checking until you leave. They seem to tweak hours every couple of days.

We're going in April and I've noticed the same thing.

For our trip, the AK times were moved up an hour (not shortened). The MK times were shortened (opening one hour later each day). I checked yesterday, though, and the EMH days were the same.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to keep checking at this point, but it sounds like I'm going to have to.

If they are expecting fewer guests than usual, we wont notice it since they are going to pack us in with fewer park hours...

Yeah, it really is getting annoying. I make my ADRs according to the EMH (p.m.) schedule because we always visit those during the peak seasons. Now there isn't a nighttime EMH at MK at all during our trip. I'm definitely not happy about that.

Kathy, does the DIS site automatically update after new schedules are released? Should I check there or WDW online?
