Frustrated with my mail service!!!

I really wish the reservation packets and confirmation sheets were sent via FedEx, or anything else. I know not all postal service is bad, it depends on your area, etc.

I was supposed to receive my reservation packet 30 days ago! We have been calling Disney for a week, and finally we find out that it was RETURNED! The correct address was on it and everything. We have no clue why this happened. :confused3 Tomorrow I am sticking a note on my mailbox telling the mail deliverer (the same one we've had all year), to NOT return anything from Disney! It's so odd!

Our trip is in 18 days, and we really look forward to getting these earlier on, not days before we go... there are plenty of other things to do then to prepare for the trip.

I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, it's probably a good idea (if you live in an apartment complex) to leave the postal worker a note letting them know you are expecting the package. That way there is no confusion.
