Once again, Disney doesn't really care. The experience they sell isn't centered around the web site. They sell vacations.
I am also running into random troubles with their web site. To be honest, their IT system in a whole is just a mess. Even MBs are affected: sometimes touching the band to pay doesn't work and I have to retry, multiple times a day the door of my room won't work and I have to retry. (Before someone suggest my band is faulty, I have so many and they all experience the same glitches.)
But, at the end, it is just a minor inconvenience. Yes, I would prefer that they fix their IT.
Wouldn't it be amazing than Disney's website work as well as Amazon's?
