Frustrated with Concierge collection

Tried to book Biltmore in CG (concierge collection) in March. I was told that the entire month of March is booked. I have booked Concierge in the past and was put on hold while MS contacted the hotel, didn't happen this time. I hung up and got thinking that maybe MS doesn't want to book it because of the cost involved at that time of year. I did contact the Biltmore first and there was availability, when I told MS that the response was their inventory doesn't reflect our inventory. The Coral Gables Biltmore is available in the concierge collection until 5/31/08 but has to be booked by 1/31/08. Has anyone else had a problem booking CC hotels recently?
